Where love, flavor, and community meet

Our mobile charcuterie cart was born out of a simple yet powerful passion for the art of charcuterie—and the love I have for sharing delicious, thoughtfully crafted foods with others.


The name CharcuTene is a blend of two important elements in my life: “charcuterie,” the craft of creating beautiful, mouthwatering boards, and “Tene,” my middle name, which is of African origin and symbolizes love and affection. Tene is a name that holds deep meaning for me, reflecting my belief in the power of connection through food. It’s not just about eating—it’s about sharing moments, building relationships, and showing care through the food we create.


As a retired veteran, I’ve learned the value of dedication, discipline, and serving others, and I’ve carried those lessons into my business. CharcuTene is more than just a food venture; it’s a celebration of my roots, my love for creating something beautiful and delicious, and my desire to bring joy to the community. Each board I prepare is made with the same care and attention to detail that I’ve always valued—because food, like love, should be shared with intention.

  • Cart rentals start at a base pricing of $250 for 2 hours + $12/guest
     
  • Rental includes Cart, Umbrella, Custom Menu and Server
     
  • Minimum Guest Count of 15
     
  • Choice of Customizable food item options or Curated Menus
     
  • Vegan, Gluten Free, Dairy Free options available
     
  • Personalized Engraved Boards and/or Napkins
     
  • Three week minimum notice required for customization add-ons
